The first “Design Talks ” event was initiated and held by the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design way back in 2012. Over the years it has already gained wide recognition – and now it is in its sixth year of activity. Our policy is to make design visible, to give young designers a chance to promote their work, to disclose the essence of design and encourage exchange of views among the experts in the field.
Apart to “Design Talks” the museum organizes workshops for children and adults that provide them with an opportunity to explore the museum’s collection of design. For teachers we organize lectures and workshops showing different approaches to teaching creative design.
